At PERSONFIRST FOUNDATION, Bangalore, we are committed to discovering and nurturing talented persons with disabilities who aspire to build a career in sports. Through our Grassroots Athlete Identification program, we actively reach out to schools, communities, rehabilitation centres, and local organizations to identify promising para athletes and provide them with the right opportunities to grow. Our program focuses on recognizing potential at an early stage and connecting athletes with professional coaching, structured training, mentorship, and essential sports resources. By removing barriers to participation and encouraging inclusive sporting opportunities, we help individuals develop their skills, confidence, and competitive spirit.
